What Causes Excessive Sleepiness, Hunger And Fatigue?

Hi lately I been really sleepy hungry, no energy. I seem to be gaining weight. I m also mad most of the time. I thought it was my pms because my breast been sore and I eat a lot when I get my pms. I haven t seen a doctor yet, but I ve been feeling like this for a month.

excessive sleepiness, fatigue and hunger could be due to some underlying stress or depression.... if you can identify anything that is causing you to be worried more than normal, then you need to see a psychiatrist for some counselling and that will help. this could also be due to suppressed thyroid hormone levels. in that case get your Thyroid hormone levels done and if there are any aberrations, you would need to consult your physician for further help.
