What Causes Excessive Sleepiness While Suffering From COPD?
My friend has coped.and recently had pneumonia. Now she sleeps all of the time. Sometimes so long that she may loose a whole day sleeping. What could this be from? She also has had a stroke. And has two blood clots in her head. That they cannot do surgery on. Thank you Laura

It is not related to COPD.
Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
We have to look for other causes for excessive sleepiness.
