What Causes Excessive Smelly Flatulence?
I m a 58 WM, I seem to have a very bad odor from my passing gas, not trying to be funny. Much worse than I ve ever had, and more frequent. When I take my pants off the smell in the evening or to use the restroom, it is still on me even though I haven t passed gas for hours. I shower every morning. I m worried something maybe wrong even though I ve recently had a good checkup, labs and all. Please advise your opinion.

It may indicate several conditions and in most cases it is caused by food allergies,celiac or inflammatory bowel diseases. Also,it may be sign of certain liver and pancreatic disorders so you should check these markers as well. if there are fine markers,you should do colonoscopy.
