hello thank u for trusting HCM dear sorry to hear about your husband, Benadryl can cause sedation and hallucinations.it may interference with msny other drugs.less likely it cause sedation so you can use non sedative antihistamine like Christine, levocetrizine, fexofenadine, lortadin etc..Using chlorpheniramine together with sertraline may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. Some people, especially the elderly, may also experience impairment in thinking, judgment, and motor coordination. so change to others antihistamines.very few people may develope nasal congestion with Zoloft.
