You have problem of bloated stomach that may be because of lack of water and fiber in diet. Intestinal infection also cause
gas problem. Lactose intolerant may cause more gas problem after taking dairy product.
Less physical activity may cause this problem. Too fast eating and more fatty foods cause this type of symptoms.
Consent a gastroenterologist for diagnosis. Abdominal ultra
sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks etc.... Drink more water. Use garlic and ginger in food for proper digestion.
Lemon water and Tulsi leaves good for health.
Fruits like kiwi, peach, avocado and green vegetables helpful.
Do some physical activity and exercise more than 20 minutes.
