General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Your symptoms indicate a seizure or syncope

*do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?
*do you smoke or drink alcohol?
*did you have any head injuries?
*after these episodes, do you have any muscle weakness? Like difficulty walking?
*did your wife notice any Twitching of muscles or stiffness in your limbs during these episodes?
*do you have any vomiting or headaches or fever?
*any family history of seizure disorder

I recommend :
-a physician and neurologist consult right away
-an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram
-a CT of the brain
-an electroencephalogram
-Holter monitoring for 24 hrs to check for arrhythmias
-blood tests (complete blood count, lipid profile, blood sugar panel, kidney and liver function tests, electrolytes including calcium magnesium levels)
-urine analysis

Based on these and clinical exam and history, a diagnosis can be made.
Please see a doctor right away.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
