General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Extreme sweating could be related to hormonal problems. Check your thyroid and blood electrolytes for related deficiencies.

Plus, depending on your age, menopause hormonal changes should be considered.

Painful feet and body are due to loss of electrolytes with extreme sweating. Take magnesium supplement and other electrolyte as per lab reports.

Check your cardiovascular system too, blood count to rule out anemia, and check your liver/kidney function for related problems.

Discuss this further with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
