What Causes Excessive Sweating And Appetite Loss?

Hello, I have a question about my 67 year old mother. She has these sudden episodes where she sweats extremely (like she just got out of the shower, multiple times a day), the sweat has a foul odor, she can t stay awake, and she has no energy or appetite. After a couple of days she gets slight diarrhea. She has had numerous tests run but no one can find the cause. Any ideas? Thanks, Cindy
