What Causes Excessive Sweating And Dizziness After Tooth Extraction?
Had a tooth extraction a few hours ago-got home was feeling ok and ate what feels like a fairly heavy meal although I normally eat more-I woke up to my friend asking me if I was ok...apparantly I fainted but when I woke up I was still faint and sweaty-what should I do?
Well, your symptoms are not exactly an outcome of extraction, however it can be indirectly related as fainting and sweating can be a side effect of medication or side effect of anaesthesia that must be given to you prior to extraction..
So it is advisable to immediately consult an Emergency room to get yourself checked so that immediate management can be done.. Also do not take any medication further without proper examination..
It is also advisable to avoid driving and keep someone along with you while going out to avoid accidents..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
