What Causes Excessive Sweating And Overheating In The Body?

I feel overheated almost all of the time and experience severe overheating & copious sweating with any activity such as picking vegetables in the garden, walking, etc. My Dr wants to give me estrogen calling hot flashes, I also have hot flashes on top of overheating occasionally after about 10+ yrs without.

There is a decrease in estrogen that occurs with menopause and this causes hot flashes which is an intense flash of heat.

High levels of thyroid hormone can also cause intense heat as well so this should be ruled out with a blood test
