What Causes Excessive Sweating And Tightness In The Chest?
i have been sweating a lot today, and have a tightness in my chest. I was supposed to have a doctors appt today with my heart doctor, but they some how cancelled my appt and next available is not until june 10th. I feel nauseated as well. that just started. Could this just be stress? I am working from home right now....

This could be cardiac issue and you need to get your EKG urgently done jd get your examination by a doctor. Going to Emergency room might help you.
