What Causes Excessive Sweating, Bitter Taste In Mouth With Hand Tremors?
Hello Doctor, farast 2days i am being treated for sore throat. i was given Dexamethasome (0.5mg 2 tabs 3times); clarithromycin 500mg 1tab 2 times, and paracetamol 500mg 2tabs 3 times. i have been since then waking up every night with excessive sweating, in the morning when i get up i have a bitterntaste in my mouth and most importantly i m noticing that i have very slight tremors on both hands when they are raised. what could be causing all this?

I really appreciate your concern, most of the soar throat could be due to allergic condition or may be due to hyperacidity and this need to be managed accordingly in my opinion antibiotic and steroid does not have any role, hope this information helps, take care.
