HI,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Excessive sweating while sleeping can occur. due to medical ( infection, endocrine disorders, auto immune diseases ) or non medical ( family tendency, over draping while sleep, hot atmosphere in bed room.)causes.
Your child has no other symptoms apart from night sweating nature , learning problem ... which need not be medical condition.
- Still for your own satisfaction get him examined & investigated by a pediatrician/ endocr4inologist, neurophysician.. if advised by the pediatrician. & start specific treatment for any problem found.
- Keep his bed room well ventilated & comfortable ( but not warm ). Let him be covered with needful ( but not excessive clothes/ blanckets.
- Keep him well hydrated.
- Encourage him to be more bold/ social. Let him be well
versed with the knowledge he is supposed to have... in a way comfortable to him & not under compulsion & under pressure of parents expectations.
He would do well. Don't worry.
Thanks.
