What Causes Excessive Sweating In Hands And Foot?
Hello I m a 30 years old male . I m 179 cm and 89 kg. My hands and foot are always sweaty and I always feel hot in summer and winter . Like my body is so hot that many times I ve been told that I m like a heater like you actually can feel the heat if you get close to me . there any reason for that ?? I mean it s so annoying and embarrassing at times when you Wana shake hand with someone. Please help if possible thank you very much
