I have been experiencing very bad excessive perspiration. It is very embarrassing, especially during job interviews. I am on 2 kinds of Diabetes medications and 2 for HP. I was just experiencing excessive sweating when I was outside at and returning from the Walmart. I walked there and upon my return walk I got soaked with the rain fall. I got in and changed, then I was soaked again due to sweating. I had this very bad weird headache. I quickly drank some coffee and had a rice cake with some org. PB & all fruit spreadable blueberry fruit. I then jumped in the shower to wash my hair and try to cool off. I m still sweating and I took my HP meds just in case. My glucose is 187, which is high. Had to be what I ate. Please advise. Thanks.
