Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your case history of sweating and acne, my treatment advice is -1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a Clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral Doxycycline, Minocycline and Isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Take care.
