General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

Thanks for asking a question at HCM

It is pleasure to help you at this moment

This is can be due to lack of proper nutritious food. Take a multivitamin plus mineral supplement for a month and see if it improves.

Meet a nutritionist who can plan right amount of carbohydrate, protein, iron, calcium, fat in your diet.

Check, Vitamin D, IRON AND CALCIUM levels in the blood to see if they are normal.

Don't overdo the exercise. Plan it properly with a Physical instructor and have adequate sleep of minimum 8 hrs per day. You will be fine soon.

Hope this helps!

Best Regards
