What Causes Excessive Urge To Talk While On Adderall And Protonix?
I am male, 55 and I take adderall to help focus. Not for energy. I see a psychiatrist monthly. Since I was diagnosed with stomach ulcers I have put on protonix. Now when I take my adderall in the morning within a couple of hours and my stomach feels like it might when u have to give a speech to 5000 people. Any idea if this could be caused by protonix ?? Thank-you.
Excessive talking is not related to taking Pantoprazole (Protonix). However, Adderall may raise your blood pressure & cause you anxiety due to which you start talking much.
Check your blood pressure when on Adderall, you can report to your treating doctor, get it replaced by a medication that may suit you better or if needed you may reduce the dose & see if you feel better than before.
Get ADHD, get properly treated to avoid complications later in life.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
