What Causes Excessive Vaginal Bleeding After Having A Miscarriage?

Hello,I wanted to see if I should go to the ER or not. I had a miscarriage last Thursday and today I m bleeding like ceasy again like Thursday when I was rushed to the ER. Should stuff still coming out after 1 week? I bleeding like someone opened a faucet. It happened 3 times today,I had to rush to the bathroom. The blood is bright red and stuff other then blood is coming out. Should I go to the Er...I get a little lite headed when I stand up but okay laying down

hello thank you for writing us here.
possibly it could be because some products of conception are still in the uterus. you should consider going to a gynecologist for a procedure where they would put a tube through vagina and evacuate the left over products. its a simple procedure and not painful. you should take an appointment as soon as possible so the blood loss is minimum and you might not get anaemic.
