What Causes Excessive Vaginal Discharge After Hysterectomy?
My partner is a transman post hysterectomy and has been on testosterone for 4 years. Once our sexual activity increased he started having frequent clear non smelling discharge. Sometimes so much he would have to change his underwater. His dr said he has trich and std but wasn’t tested for it. I was tested and I don’t have it. What else could his symptoms be?

Some people have urinary incontinence after the hysterectomy. An infection can cause it occasionally without pain. These should be ruled out. One should also rule out vaginitis or infection. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
