What Causes Excessive Vaginal Discharge After Pap Smear?

Hi. So I had my baby in January and now five months past I had a routine gyno visit and had my first Pap smear. I just noticed that I have a thick clumpy white discharge almost like a yeast infection. I do not have itching or burning or a smell or anything to indicate any type of infection. Is this normal?

Hello
Cheesy white discharge is usually a fungal infection and it is not necessary to have itching and other signs of infection as fungal infection is usually local and doesn't cause systemic manifestations.
I would suggest a single tablet of fluconizole 150 mg and then see the response in a week.
Regards
