Hi doctor pls I had an unprotected sex and ever since I have been noticing some white thickish discharges and some time itches around my Virginia and it also affects my cycles, pls what drugs do I take to stop these it has been in me for years now and I do also have this offensive smell after each drops on my pants

sometimes unprotected intercourse cause sexually transmitted infection and also some local infection like fungal infection or urinary tract infection.
so we need to do some investigations like urine routine and micro.
also need to evaluate STDs if any symptoms.
Take antibiotic locally and systemically.
