What Causes Excessive Weight Gain Along With Vomiting And Diarrhea?
A 17 year old female patient presents with weight gain, vomiting, diarrhea, and recent miscarriage and a missed menstrual period. She also has low blood pressure. Urinalysis and Abdominal MRI come back normal. What are some differential diagnosis that come up in your mind?

I do understand your pain and discomfort
As per your history is concerned there are lots of pathological causes but first ruled out ovary by doing an ultrasound.ovarian cyst or Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome can also leads to such type of problem also.Secondly you can do a stool exam also.
