What Causes Excessive Weight Gain While On Thyroid Medication?
I am a type 1 diabetic and have a low thyroid. My endocrinologist has been lowering my thyroid medication from 125 to 75 MCG. I took 125 mcg for many, many years. He keeps saying it s too high. I m not sure what to think. I am gaining weight very quickly for no apparent reason and don t understand what is going on. Any advice would help. Thank you
