What Causes Excessive Weight Loss Along With Dizziness And Poor Cognitive Skills?

My 48 yr old son has lost 60 pounds, is dizzy a lot and has had very bad cognitive skills and this has all happen 18 months. Some drs are saying Alzheimer others are still wanting more test. My family is at lost in what to do. Because no one will talk we us they just talk at us.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. An MRI scan is required to rule out possible intracranial causes.
