My 69 year old husband has lost a lot of weight recently. One eye blinks without the other eye blinking. One eye looks different than the other. He also has symptoms related to a cold. He is more tired than usual. He is weak. His left eyes droops and runs water. His nose is also running. He has started sleeping more.

it can be bellspalsy. take him to the general physician as soon as possible. sincethere is a changes in only one side of the face.. it should be ruled out from paralysis
