What Causes Excessive Weight Loss And Fever In The Evening?
for the past 5-6 months, my 13 year old son has grown (some - a couple inches) has lost over 15 pounds, gets fevers in the evening and has difficulty eating dinner. He even throws-up while at the dinner table. He eats well in the morning and at lunch but every time it gets past 6:00, he seems to throw up. Lately he is spiking fevers prior to even eating. right now he has a 101.7. He has had that for almost 2 hours even with ibuprophen.

The cause of fever should find out. That could be due to some serious condition like leukemia also presents like that do basic labs and x-ray chest and try to find out the cause and plan further management accordingly.
