General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi. Sorry to hear about your problem. Although the information provided by you is a bit deficient to reach to a conclusive diagnosis. But lets work out some thing. Seeing upon your description and keeping in view your age, it seems that you are having simple UTI (provided there are not any warning symptoms that include swelling of the body, swelling around the eyes, decreased urine output and also there are no co-morbid conditions like Diabetes or Hypertension). In that case, all you need to do is to visit a primary physician for a prescription of an appropriate antibiotic (flouroquinolones like ciprofloxacin). Additionally you may need to get anti-inflamatory/pain killer agents like (paracetamol/ibuprofen/diclofenac etc).
Wishing you the best of health.
Regards.
