What Causes Excessive Weight Loss?

Hello i made a TSH & T4 test as i lost more than 20 kg from my weight in 10 months without any diet regime I did the exam 3 times in different period the first two test ,the results of TSH is 1.29 & 1.50 the third TSH since two days the result raised to 4.50 the period length between the 2nd and the 3 rd 20 days only keeping in your consideration that T4 doesnt change in both exams with 1.

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Get a free T3 and T4 along with the TSH. if tSH is more than 5 then it's sublcinical hypothyroidism . but usually weight is gained in hypothyroidism and not lost . was any other blood test done dear to rule out causes of weight loss ? can you describe those also ?
