I have reviewed your query and here is my advice
There are many reasons for a person for losing weight. Does he have a specific symptom of concern please meet a physician and need an evaluation. In his age, problems related to thyroid is most common cause of loss of weight despite good appetite (weight loss, increased sweating, prefer cold temperature hyper active). You can get deworming with medications after consultation with a doctor.
Hope I have answered your query.
