Hi, i am working in a night shift for for more than 3 months now. I really love the shift since it is very convenient and high wages. But i feel something wrong with my body. I am losing weight and my mind freezing sometimes and i m wide awake for more than 1 day. What do you think is wrong with me?
first i would like to tell you that weight loss has multiple causes but there are common causes that you may have and lead to that if you are always stressed and have anxiety and rmotional troubles that will be agreat cause lead your weight to be losen and you must get out worry and stress to improve......severe excersise and working and sleeping disorders lead also to the same result and loss of weght as regular sleeping and regular work lead to regular growth of the tissues while sleeping disorders lead to hormonal disorders that affect your weight if you have polyuria that me get urine alot of time even if while sleeping you should check your blood suger level just for assurance as diabetes can cause loss of weight rapidly...but you neednot to worry about that.....also loss of appetite and dietary disorders and not having good food lead to weight loss......i think your weight loss is asign to you to monitore your life style...........wish you healthy life
