Hi,
Please go for an internal gynaecological checkup,
1. a pelvic
ultrasound scan and hormone levels (FSH, LH,
TSH).
That will confirm this diagnosis.
2. White discharge with foul smell indicates
vaginal infection.
A vaginal swab and culture should be taken which will pinpoint the specific organism and accordingly, treatment should be tailored.
3. Heaviness in breasts is a common symptom during
menopause and perimenopause.
As such, if small fibroids are asymptomatic, nothing needs to be done for them.
They will shrink after menopause.
Simrose contains evening primrose oil which is a supplement that will improve your menopausal symptoms.
Supplementation with calcium and vitamin D also should be done.
Regular exercise is a must.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein,
General Surgeon
