What Causes Excessive Yawning While Having Hypotension?

I considered myself reasonably healthy for a 67 years old female. always energetic, but this past few days, I found myself yawning even if I had a good sleep. My hemoglobin and hematocrit is normal , so I ruled out anemia. I measured my blood pressure and diastolic is on the low side 60, 62, systolic 128-130.My pulse rate is 48-52 which normal for taking Metoprolol, beta blocker. Could it be the reason why I am yawning , the resting period of my heart is not normal.... not enough oxygen reaching my brain? I know that when I exercise I will be oxygenated... but I want to have a normal diastolic. Thank you for helping me .

Possible causes of excessive yawning us sleep apnea or insomnia or depression or cardiac problems or multiple sclerosis or chronic fatigue syndrome or brain tumors etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
