What Causes Excruciating Chest Pain When I Sit Up?
I have been having chest pain from this morning, it hasent cleared. It feels better when I lay down, and is excruciating if I sit up. It was sudden onset this morning at 9:47am, and I've been laying in bed since....is there any explaination as to what's going on?

Well come to HCM
Chances of hyperacidity is very likely or could be muscular pain, in my opinion this can be treated with the following medicines,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
for safe side you can go for EKG test, else this is nothing to worry, take care, have a nice day.
