Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Excruciating Pain In The Coccyx And Legs?
I am suffering excruciating pain across my lower back and is more recently emanating down both legs, even to my toes. In the last week the nerves in my left knee hurt so badly I m nauseous. Other locations, such as my elbows, have begun hurting as well. Virtually from my neck to toes, a mixture of aching to sharp pain constantly I m sure related to nerves.
As this could be related to the lumbar spinenerve root entrapment. I will suggest an MRI so we can understand the pathology of the internal structures better.
If its nerve impingement, I will advise for hot water fermentation for your back, core stability exercise, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip muscle strengthening exercises, static hamstring and static Quadriceps.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
