General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

This could be benign prostatic hypertrophy(BPH).

Get an ultrasound it will let you know the diagnosis.

In BPH urine will be clear, there will be problem in passing urine and perinium pain. There will be incomplete ivacuation also.

Consult a urosurgeon.

Till then Use antibiotic for any possible urinary infection .
Use Tab.Norflox 400 twice daily 3 days, take plenty of water.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
