What Causes Exerting Pain In Chest?

I am a 56 and 5 4 white female weight is 165 feeling very tired and have been having a fullness feeling in the center of my chest about 3 to 4 weeks ago had a excreting pain in the center of my chest worse than having labor with my sons... it lasted about 20 minutes and got better with rest and being very still.... went to the doctor that week and he did an ekg that was normal and an xray and it was normal woke up this morning having that full feeling again and little grabbing pains on and off more off than on in my chest again. what should I do?

pain in chest in center area probably related to heart, but ECG is normal indicates there is no involvement of heart or symptoms not related to heart. so don't worry about heat. still pain indicates fullness sensation may be due to acidity, so avoid taking spicy and oily food will relieves your symptoms.
