What Causes Exhaustion, Tightness In Chest, Irregular Periods And Weight Gain?
I am 53. The last time I went to GP was for pap smear 2 years ago, but over the last 6 or more months I have been struggling with exhaustion, heavy arms, tight chest, irregular periods, and major weight gain. I seem to improve for a while and then deteriorate again.
Hello I share your concern Tightness in chest with heavy arms is matter of concern You should consult a cardiologist or chest physician for examination, recording of blood pressure and an EKG
Irregular periods with history of weight gain is suggestive of Thyroid disease or gynaecological disease like DUB or Uterine fibroid
In my opinion you should consult a cardiologist first followed by a gynaecologist for a battery of tests blood profile and an ultrasound and confirmation of diagnosis
Maintain good hygiene you can very easily reduce your weight by strict dietary restrictions and regular physical exercises please feel free to ask for more assistance, I will gladly answer you Thanks for posting your query wish you good health Regards
