What Causes Extra White Skin On The Tip Of The Penis?
Hi, ive had this area on the tip on my penis, where it is covered with what it seems like extra white skin, it is not sexually transmitted as i had it before i had any sexual activity and have had sexually activity with it and have not passed it on to anyone. My penis has never been swore or swollen.
