What Causes Extreme Bouts Of Dizziness With Nausea?
over the past several years i have experienced about 3 or 4 bouts of extreme dizziness combined with nausea. no alcohol was ingested, but it almost felt like having too much to drink. last night this experience came on while i was in bed and the room began swimming whereupon i immediately had to vomit. do you have any idea what could be causing this?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom may be due to vastibular dysfunction, some time viral infection may be the cause and in either case you need to wait for some time this would come around or else condition can be treated on tentative basis with Tab Betahistine three times in day, this would be fine soon, take care have a nice day.
