What Causes Extreme Chills, Joint Pain And Headache?
I have awakened 2 times in a 3 week period with extreme chills, not really a fever to accompany it. My joints hurt. I have a dull headache. I went to the doctor and he gave me an antibiotic. I didn t feel better. Went back to the doctor. Got a different antibiotic. Didn t feel better. Went to a different doctor. She drew blood and gave me a steroid shot. What do I have?

In my opinion, the symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I would recommend using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day. I also suggest to drink liquids and rest.
