Hi,

As per your query about pain in diaphragm area can be due to any old injury or any muscle pull or it can also be acute gastritis pain. Medication like NSAID, ibuprofen or a muscle relaxant can be needed but only after consulting a physician.

Voveron gel can be applied if you suspect any injury recently along with the painkiller. I would advice for consulting a physician for a proper examination and x-ray to diagnose the condition.

I hope this information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
