What Causes Extreme Dizziness Along With Head Pressure And Pain Behind The Eye?
what kind of testing should be done for a 26 year old male have that has been having days of extreme dizziness, head pressure/throbbing pain and eye pressure/pain? Occasional buzzing in ears, blurred vision. 4 episodes in the last 5 days. Has been taking meclizine and zyrtec since 2/15/2016.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , diabetes, type 2 , high blood pressure and anemia, iron deficiency . The symptoms you mention in query can also occur due to sinusitis. I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI along with other test to confirm the diagnosis and ruel out other conditions . Doctor may prescribe medicines like vasograine or may refer you to ENT specialist for sinusitis or ear problem . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics anti emetic drug , decongestant and expectorant . For now avoid bending forward and take ibuprofen for pain .
