What Causes Extreme Dizziness While On Tamsulosin, Pravastatin And Losartan Potassium?
Ive been prescribed pentadocin-acetaminophn for pain from a scoliosis of the spine... up to 4 pills per 24 hours, but I never take more than 1 or 2. It helps the pain problem but I have spells of extreme drowsiness and wonder if this is a normal reaction to this medication. I also take tamsulosin hcl, losartan potassium, poraxtin hcl, pravastatin sodium. I am 86 yrs of age and live alone. Many thanks for your advice.

No both Pantodac and acetaminophen do not cause drowsiness.
Your spells of drowsiness have to have another cause. May be just over medication. If it worsens, get Liver and kidney function tests done--regards
