Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that the
dry mouth seems to be due to Sjogren's syndrome that is an
autoimmune disease and the classical features of it are dry mouth and dry eyes..
Dryness of mouth leads to thinning of the mucosa and it leads to inflammation and burning sensation leading to Apthous
Stomatitis..
Intolerance to salty food seems to be due to stomatitis..
I would suggest you to start chewing sugarfree chewing gum as it will help in stimulating saliva flow..
You should also use "Artificial saliva drops" as they help in lubrication inside mouth..
Grgle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine especially during meals to prevent burning..
You can gargle with specialized mouthwash formulated for dry mouth patients like
Biotene..
Drink plenty of water..
Maintain a good
oral hygiene to prevent tooth decay which is prevalent in dry mouth patients..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
