What Causes Extreme Fatigue Along With Weakness And Black Stools?
Over the last 4 days I ve become increasingly shaky and weak. I have malabsorption and I ve never been this weak and exhausted before. 3 days ago I started having black stools, however I thought it might have been from taking Pepto . However that was 5 days ago. Now I m rather concerned. Thanks for communicating with me.

Black stools are usually a side effect of Iron medication. If you are not on Iron and If your stools are black like a Tar and sticky to the bottom of the pan, then it suggests blood in stools. You need to immediately go to a gastrointestinal surgeon to look out for the cause and source of internal bleeding. Wishing you a speedy recovery
