What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Elevated ALT Levels?

Hi doctor, my alt level was 47 in my last blood test, and i feel so tired,like zombie! Recently spend my days in bad! I used to run 15 miles in one go now, I can not run 1km . I would like to know if that is something to do with liver! Thank you Yeliz

itis sgpt sliver enzyme and alteration means there is liver function problem you should limit your physical strain. it will effect liver function. can take liver stimulating enzyme like livogin and bland diet with limited oil and fat. refrain from taking alcohol and drugs or medicine effecting liver function.
