What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Fever After Recovering From Shingles?

I was treated for shingles three weeks ago. Last week was treated for an infection of unknown cause I m n my foot. Top of the arch. With antibiotics it is improveding. My current problem of is fatigue and evening fever. Is this part of shingles or is there possibly something else got in on?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of fatigue, and fever might not be due to viral fever but it could be nonspecific, it is advisable to read the body temperature, if it more than 100 F and long last then it is necessary to investigate the condition and for fever "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg" can be tried, hope this information helps.
