What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Pain In The Left Knee And Lower Back?

I am a married women..age 31..i recently started having pain in my left knee and lower back and it is increasing..also feel weakness whenever do small chores..i was prescribed multivitamin tablet but didnt effect me..and i can feel its not muscle pain..what should i have..plz suggest asap..

What is your job? advocacy with severe lumbar or not? you should see a doctor to check directly and specify your x-ray. should not arbitrarily use of drugs when diagnosed definitely sour doctor. Wish you get well!
