What Causes Extreme Fatigue And Sleepiness?

I am desperate to get my hands on something that will keep me awake at work. I fall asleep in meetings. I am about to be fired because of it. I fall asleep when I have to stop all activity. This been going on for years but it is the first time I am in deep trouble because of it.

According to your complain you have problem of extreme fatigue and sleeping problem that may be because of thyroid related problem. Check your TSH level.

Anemia may cause fatigueness. Check your complete blood cell count. Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
